Understanding that the Rugby World Cup was just around the corner and winter was in full swing, they introduced the “Boere Fondue,” a unique table-top braai where guests could grill their own food while enjoying the games under the trees. Despite the chilly weather, fleece blankets were on hand to keep everyone cozy, ensuring a comfortable and memorable experience for all.

In December 2023, Hacker Jacks took another bold step forward by redesigning and upgrading the bar and outdoor seating area. The new look and feel have been a hit with patrons, blending the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Hacker Jacks with modern, comfortable amenities.
